Explore Participa City
Participa City is a simulation game set in a fictional city with 17 stations, each representing an everyday or professional setting where questions of participation, discrimination and equal treatment may arise. From education and employment to housing, healthcare and public life, each station offers its own scenario, roles and perspectives for reflection.
The game is flexible and ready to use in training: trainers can work with a single station, select several, or use all 17 depending on their learning objectives, target group, available time and professional context. Each station comes with the materials and guidance needed to use it in a training session. For a one-day workshop, we recommend selecting 4–6 scenarios.
Use the filters to explore the gallery and find the stations that best suit your training objectives and target group. When you select a station, the corresponding guidance materials and resources will automatically appear. To access general training materials and additional resources, simply select the Trainer Toolbox filter.
