To help you reflect on your learning journey, Participa City uses the SPIDER competence validation tool. The SPIDER is an easy-to-use self-assessment instrument that enables you to visualise your competence development before and after the training.

The SPIDER tool is based on the Participa City Competence Framework and supports a holistic understanding of learning that values not only knowledge, but also practical skills, attitudes, and the ability to facilitate inclusive and respectful learning environments.

Your completed SPIDER profile remains your personal learning record and can help you plan your continuing professional development long after the training has ended.
